Mabel BARRIER

Miss Mabel Barrier, daughter of A. C. Barrier, of Mt. Pleasant, was married last Tuesday afternoon to E. M. Dry.  The wedding was celebrated at the bride's home, and the ceremony was performed by Rev. V. Y. Boozer.  Mr. Dry is the superintendent of the Tuscacora mill, and is one of Mt. Essie BARRINGER

Mr. Thomas Evans was married to Miss Essie Barringer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Barringer, of No. 6 township, on Sunday evening at 5 o'clock.  The ceremony was performed at St. John's parsonage by Rev. S. D. Katie F. BARRINGER

W. T. Wall, of Concord, and Miss Katie F. Barringer, of Mt. Pleasant, were married last evening at 6 o'clock at the home of the bride's father, Rev. Paul Barringer, in the latter place.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. E. Thomas H. BARRINGER

Sunday afternoon about 2 o'clock at the home of Mr. Henry Ritz, on East Depot street, Mr. Thos. H. Barringer was united in marriage to Miss Addie May Wallace, daughter of Mr. J. O. Wallace, Rev. C. B. Jennie BLACKWELDER

The marriage of Miss Jennie Blackwelder, of Mt. Pleasant, and Rev. R. L. Patterson, in Holy Trinity Lutheran church at Mt. Pleasant Tuesday evening, was a brilliant event.  The church was handsomely decorated and it is said that a prettier marriage has ever been seen in Mt. A colored wedding in high life took place Saturday night in the colored Lutheran church, which is said to have been brilliantly illuminated for the occasion.  Lizzie Coontz daughter of the "parson,"  was married to Jno. Boger, Esq.   J. F.
